Qualifications

• Deep technical knowledge of US international tax provisions (Subpart F, NCTI, BEAT, foreign tax credit) in planning contexts.
• Understanding of subchapter C for multinationals (earnings, profits, stock basis, reorganizations).
• Ability to lead end-to-end tax planning projects (scoping, analysis, modeling, documentation, implementation).
• Explain complex tax positions to cross-functional teams (Legal, Accounting, Treasury).
• Experience mentoring tax professionals and managing outside advisors.

Responsibilities

• Lead US international tax planning projects from initial analysis through implementation.
• Analyze tax consequences of new entities, jurisdictions, intercompany arrangements, funding, and cross-border agreements.
• Develop memos, review models, and ensure alignment with ASC 740 and tax provisions.
• Coordinate with M&A tax, transfer pricing, and provision teams post‑closing to integrate entities.
• Draft technical memoranda and maintain supporting documentation for planning positions.
