argenx, a Boston-based biotechnology company, is seeking a Director of US HCP Marketing to lead strategy and execution for the autoimmune myositis launch. You will shape unbranded and branded campaigns, align field, digital, media, and peer-to-peer channels, and drive an integrated customer experience across the U.S.

The role requires 10+ years in pharma marketing, strong cross-functional influence, and proven agency management.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree required; MBA is a plus.
• 10+ years in pharma/biotech marketing or related roles.
• Experience managing external agencies and cross-functional teams.
• Proven agility, influence without authority, and ability to work under pressure.
• Understanding of the regulatory environment governing pharmaceutical promotion.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Develop autoimmune myositis education campaigns and messaging.
• Lead US HCP marketing launch readiness for VYVGART Hytrulo strategy.
• Create integrated omnichannel plans across personal and non-personal channels.
• Plan advisory boards and speaker bureau programs.
• Mentor HCP marketing team and manage external agencies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliant tactics.
