SCR St. Claire Medical Center, Inc. is seeking a senior leader to oversee urgent care and occupational health operations, driving strategy, quality, and safety.
This role manages fiscal performance, aligns services with regulatory standards, and partners with clinical and administrative teams to optimize patient care. The position requires a RN license with BLS, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, and 8–10 years of progressive healthcare leadership experience including 2 years in management.
Responsible for providing leadership, direction, and administration for urgent care and occupational health operations. Oversees fiscal management to ensure efficient and cost-effective service delivery. Develops and implements strategies to optimize patient care and operational performance. Coordinates with clinical and administrative teams to maintain high standards of quality and safety. Ensures alignment of urgent care services with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, public health, nursing, or a related field
8-10 years of progressive experience in urgent care, emergency medicine, ambulatory care, healthcare management, or a relevant area and 2 years of relevant managerial experience.
An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. All experience must be paid and in the same related field. Part-time and PRN experience will be prorated based on hours worked per week. Volunteer work and internships for academic credit are not counted.
