Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience analysing and managing complex underwriting portfolios.
• Deep expertise in capital-allocation processes and risk/return analysis.
• Ability to translate evidence into explicit portfolio choices and measurable improvements.
• Strong understanding of underwriting economics and portfolio management in reinsurance/insurance.
• Proven ability to present complex analyses and influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver the underwriting portfolio plan and capital allocation strategy.
• Assess portfolio economics, risk, return, diversification and capital consumption.
• Test hypotheses and interpret performance data using Palantir or similar platforms.
• Identify material risks and opportunities to drive management action.
• Translate analysis into steering actions and governance support; track outcomes.
