Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in personal trust.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher; JD preferred, or equivalent work experience.
• Strong knowledge of Delaware and Nevada trust law is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead Trust Administration with governance over policies, controls, and operations.
• Oversee multiple Trust Administration teams across locations to ensure fiduciary compliance.
• Develop and retain high-performing teams, with focus on succession planning and employee development.
• Ensure training and professional development for fiduciary staff; maintain strong risk management and governance practices.
• Represent Trust Administration with senior leadership and external stakeholders; prepare quarterly performance and risk reports.
