As the Director, TV, Video, Audio, & Display, you will:
  1. Client Management & Leadership: Lead client portfolios, align strategies with client goals, build trust with senior stakeholders, and partner with leadership to address escalations and resolve issues. Proactively meet with key stakeholders to provide insights and influence change.
  2. Client Onboarding & Transitions: Oversee onboarding, offboarding, and transitions, ensuring seamless experiences and growth opportunities. Collaborate with ad ops to meet tracking and operational requirements.
  3. Team Leadership and Development: Provide feedback, coaching, and support to team members. Conduct regular 1:1s, foster career growth, and stay updated on industry trends.
  4. Business Acumen and Financial KPIs: Work with leadership to meet financial targets, optimize staffing, and ensure profitability.
  5. Innovation and Thought Leadership: Stay informed on industry trends, implement cutting-edge tactics, and drive innovative campaigns.
  6. Client Education: Empower clients with knowledge to foster trust and strategic discussions.
  7. Industry & Media Landscape Knowledge: Maintain expertise on market developments and media trends to advise clients effectively.
  8. Strategic Planning: Develop comprehensive campaign plans using data insights and media tools, advocating for strategic recommendations.
  9. Internal Expertise & Training: Promote TV, Audio, and Display solutions within the agency and mentor junior staff on new technologies.
Professional Qualifications
  • 10+ years in TV, Audio, and Display with successful campaign experience
  • Management experience required
  • MBA or related finance/consulting experience a plus
  • Experience with SQL
  • Expertise in marketing data analysis, A/B testing, and analytics tools
  • Advanced skills in Google Suite, Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
  • Strong multitasking, prioritization, and communication skills

The salary range is $130,000 - $145,000, with incentive pay including RevShare and bonuses. Benefits include unlimited PTO, health coverage, retirement matching, wellness perks, learning programs, and more.
