EisnerAmper, a leading global accounting and advisory firm, seeks a Turnaround and Restructuring Services Senior Manager to lead a team across automotive sector engagements. You will drive liquidity management, restructurings, and expert advisory, with collaboration across Partners to deliver value for clients.

The role emphasizes marketing and business development, building proposals, and leveraging EisnerAmper resources to deliver results in a collaborative, high-performance environment.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of restructuring, valuations, and related consulting experience.
• 8+ years of management experience leading internal/external teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead and advise on restructuring: strategy, liquidity management, parallel processes, negotiations, and execution.
• Develop and execute restructuring/turnaround plans to maximize stakeholder value.
• Develop financial models: integrated P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and 13-week cash flow forecasts.
• Maintain executive presence and act as primary contact with progress updates to Partners.
• Build and maintain strong client and internal relationships.
• Manage a team of professionals and delegate work.
• Foster team environment and develop personnel.
• Travel to clients locally, regionally, and nationally.
