The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 years of experience in restructuring and turnaround consulting, notable client relationship management skills, and a strong understanding of stakeholder dynamics.

This position may primarily be based in California, although preferred location is Atlanta.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 years in restructuring or performance improvement consulting.
• First-chair experience in complex restructuring.
• Experience advising automotive OEMs and suppliers is essential.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills required.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex restructuring and performance improvement engagements.
• Advise OEMs on liquidity management and transformation initiatives.
• Analyze complex financial and legal documents.
• Mentor engagement teams and manage multiple client engagements.
