Qualifications

• Bachelor's in accounting or finance; MBA/CPA/CFA a plus.
• 8+ years of experience, including 3+ years in restructuring at a restructuring firm
• Track record leading multiple turnaround/restructuring engagements
• Deep experience with 3-statement and liquidity modeling
• Strong analytical skills with complex data sets
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Own overall engagement management: scope, execution, and deliverables across multiple engagements
• Lead strategy with Partners and Associates to solve complex financial and operational issues quickly
• Manage and train staff, ensuring deliverables are accurate and on deadline
• Advise Partners on the best path to preserve value for all stakeholders
• Build trusted advisor relationships with clients and extend engagement scope over time
• Communicate milestones and deadlines with internal teams and client stakeholders
• Lead or support a firm committee (marketing, training, or recruiting) and coach Associates
• Travel to client sites roughly 30% on average
