Job summary

Thrive Behavioral Network invites a dedicated professional to lead Treatment Services at Austin Manor as Program Director. You will oversee daily operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and direct a team of clinical and support staff in a DHS-licensed residential program.

Responsibilities include staffing, budgeting, program planning, and inter-agency collaboration to provide safe, high-quality care for residents and their families in a dynamic setting.

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years of experience delivering services in a residential behavioral health setting.
• Supervisory experience with people and teams.
• Exceptional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Programmatic and administrative oversight of a DHS licensed Intensive Residential Treatment Services program and/or Residential Crisis Stabilization Services.
• Know and Understand the Implications of Minnesota rules and statutes applicable to the program.
• Responsible for hiring, evaluation and management of all program personnel.
• Oversee bed census, admissions and discharges.
• Oversee orientations and in-service training for all program staff.
• Ensure household functioning aligns with organizational philosophy.
• Assess placement appropriateness in collaboration with Mental Health Professional.
• Oversee development of each client’s individual program plan and overall program design.
• Manage all program budgets and documentation for licensing and quality standards.
• Maintain open communication with the Program Administrator, Director of Program Management, and external agencies.
