Job Description Summary

This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Treasury’s core banking and system infrastructure, ensuring seamless connectivity between internal systems (e.g., Oracle, Yardi, Kyriba) and external banking partners. The position owns payment rails, bank account governance, and Treasury‑related data flows, while also supporting enterprise risk monitoring and cross‑functional process improvement.

The role operates at the intersection of Treasury, IT, and Finance—balancing technical execution, process design, and stakeholder alignment.

Treasury Technology & Connectivity
  • Lead the design and implementation of system connectivity between ERPs, Treasury systems, and banking partners (APIs, SFTP, SWIFT file transmission).
  • Configure, test, and support end‑to‑end payment flows across platforms, ensuring reliable and scalable processing.
  • Oversee bank file transmission (payments, reporting, positive pay) and ensure successful ingestion across systems.
  • Document system architecture, integration points, and operational procedures.
Payment Infrastructure & Execution
  • Develop and maintain Treasury payment rails, including check, wire, ACH, international payments, and file‑based payment processes.
  • Lead implementation of new payment capabilities across banking partners and systems.
  • Ensure successful testing, validation, and production deployment of payment processes.
  • Establish and maintain controls around payment execution and file transmission.
Bank Account & Data Governance
  • Own governance and lifecycle management of bank accounts within enterprise systems.
  • Maintain accurate and aligned bank account data across Oracle, Kyriba, and banking platforms.
  • Define and enforce standards for payment profiles, account structures, and system configuration.
  • Lead bank account setup, documentation, and transition of ownership into Treasury.
Risk, Compliance & Reporting
  • Support development and execution of Treasury risk frameworks, including FX, interest rate, and counterparty exposure monitoring.
  • Produce recurring risk reporting and partner with Corporate Finance on exposure management and mitigation strategies.
  • Maintain documentation and execution of regulatory compliance activities (e.g., FBAR).
  • Ensure appropriate controls, auditability, and documentation across Treasury processes.
Process Design & Operational Excellence
  • Identify and implement process improvements across Treasury and key business lines, particularly in cash movement and system integration.
  • Standardize workflows, controls, and documentation to improve scalability and reduce manual effort.
  • Partner with IT and external vendors to deliver system enhancements and integrations.
Cross‑Functional Leadership & Engagement
  • Act as a liaison between Treasury, IT, Accounting, and business units to align on system capabilities and process design.
  • Lead or co‑sponsor cross‑functional initiatives that improve cash visibility, payment efficiency, or system integration.
  • Engage with LOB stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and drive adoption of Treasury solutions.
  • Promote transparency, accountability, and consistent communication across teams.
Basic Knowledge & Qualifications
  • 8‑10 years of related experience in Treasury, Finance, Technology, or related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent years’ experience preferred.
Specialized Skills
  • Experience with Treasury Cash Management or Banking.
  • Technical expert in Kyriba Treasury Management System, SWIFT, and other bank connectivity methods and tools.
  • Experienced in various payment technologies and methods.
  • Highly effective communicator, presenter, and problem‑solver.
  • System certifications or professional designations are valued, but not required.
