The successful candidate will manage treasury operations, financial modeling, and collaborate with Accounting, FP&A, and external partners. Strong Excel, communication, and supervisory experience are essential.

  • 2+ years of direct supervisory experience

  • Experience liaising with investment advisors and evaluating reports

Responsibilities

  • Lead treasury operations including cash management, liquidity, and banking activities
  • Oversee daily cash positioning, forecasting, and long-term liquidity planning
  • Develop relationships with banks, investment managers, and external partners
  • Oversee bank accounts, electronic payments, wires, ACH, and related services
  • Establish treasury policies, procedures, and internal controls
  • Monitor cash balances and optimize liquidity and cash utilization
  • Support investments and cash management per policies and risk parameters
  • Oversee treasury-related accounting, reconciliations, and reporting
  • Identify opportunities to automate treasury processes and workflows
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
  • Monitor financial risks and recommend mitigations
  • Ensure regulatory and contractual compliance
  • Provide financial analysis to senior leadership on cash flow and liquidity
  • Lead and develop treasury staff and cross-functional collaboration
  • Support audits and finance systems implementations

Job description

Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee treasury operations, cash management, liquidity, and banking activities
  • Manage daily cash positioning, forecasting, cash flow analysis, and short- and long-term liquidity planning
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, investment managers, and other external partners
  • Oversee bank accounts, electronic payments, wires, ACH transactions, positive pay, and other treasury-related services
  • Establish and maintain effective treasury policies, procedures, and internal controls
  • Monitor and manage organizational cash balances and recommend strategies to optimize liquidity and cash utilization
  • Support investment and cash management activities in accordance with organizational policies and risk parameters
  • Oversee treasury-related accounting, reconciliations, and reporting in partnership with the Accounting team
  • Identify opportunities to improve and automate treasury and finance processes, systems, and workflows
  • Assist with annual budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and strategic financial planning
  • Monitor financial risks and develop appropriate mitigation strategies
  • Ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations, organizational policies, and contractual requirements
  • Provide financial analysis and recommendations to senior leadership on cash flow, liquidity, banking, and financial operations
  • Lead, mentor, and develop finance/treasury staff as applicable
  • Partner cross-functionally with Accounting, FP&A, Legal, IT, HR, and executive leadership on financial initiatives
  • Support audits and provide documentation related to treasury, cash management, and financial controls
  • Lead or participate in ERP, banking, payment, and finance system implementations and enhancements
Requirements
  • Generally, 10 years and 5+ years of relevant treasury, banking, financial modeling, analysis, and capital markets/investments knowledge and experience preferably in an organization with diverse funding sources
  • 2+ years of direct supervisory experience
  • Treasury/Finance Services: Cash management, banking, financial modeling expertise (Manage and build financial models)
  • Investments: Liaison/Relationship Management with investment advisors and will make recommendations along with advisors, assess quarterly reports, and ask important questions; Not making investment decisions, direct investing, nor managing investment portfolios
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Strong presentation and communication skills

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
