The Role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Treasury to lead the firm’s global cash management strategy, optimize liquidity, and scale treasury infrastructure to support a growing, dynamic financial services organization. This role will be responsible for overseeing daily cash operations, strengthening banking partnerships, and driving long-term cash flow planning and forecasting across U.S. and international entities. The ideal candidate brings deep treasury expertise, strong leadership capabilities, and a proven ability to modernize and enhance treasury processes in a complex, regulated environment.

Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To

• Provide strategic oversight of daily cash positioning, liquidity management, and funding strategies across global operations.
• Lead the development and execution of short- and long-term cash flow forecasting models, supporting enterprise-wide financial planning and decision-making.
• Manage and deepen relationships with domestic and international banking partners to ensure competitive services, effective controls, and alignment with firm needs.
• Identify and drive treasury process improvements, automation initiatives, and system enhancements to increase efficiency, visibility, and accuracy.
• Evaluate and implement treasury management systems (TMS) and other tools to support global treasury scalability and real-time reporting.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, investment policies, and regulatory requirements related to cash management and liquidity.
• Deliver regular reporting and strategic insights to executive leadership on liquidity positions, bank utilization, and treasury performance metrics.

Our firm offers competitive base compensation, benefits package, and a discretionary employee bonus program for eligible employees based on individual and firm performance metrics per the defined program guidelines. For individuals hired to work in San Francisco and New York City, the expected salary range for this role is $238,900 to $404,600; the actual salary offer can vary based upon employee qualifications.

Compensation : In addition to competitive base compensation, our firm offers annual discretionary bonuses based on firm and individual performance and other forms of discretionary compensation that would be offered to the hired applicant in addition to their established salary range scale.

The Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field; relevant advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive treasury experience, including leadership roles in corporate cash management and banking relationship oversight.
• Deep knowledge of global liquidity management, treasury operations, and treasury systems (e.g., Kyriba, Reval, or similar platforms).
• Proven track record in developing and executing treasury strategies in complex, multinational environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with experience presenting to senior executives and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing teams and managing competing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
