+ Department: Ascension Travel Program

+ Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm

+ Location: Remote with travel required

**Responsibilities**

  1. Direct the travel operations team by ensuring the team meets expectations and goals. Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring alignment with national policies and procedures.
  2. Oversee all aspects of licensing, education, and credentialing processes to ensure full compliance with relevant regulations and standards after initial onboarding.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to streamline and enhance these processes.
  4. Stay informed of changes in regulatory requirements and proactively adapt operational procedures accordingly.
  5. Manage daily operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and scalability as the program expands.
  6. Lead and implement change management initiatives to optimize workflows and improve performance.
  7. Identify and apply best practices to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  8. Provide comprehensive provisioning support, ensuring timely and efficient resource allocation.
  9. Develop and implement a system for conducting thorough end-of-assignment evaluations.
  10. Analyze evaluation data to identify improvement areas and implement action plans.
  11. Manage pay rates within the HR system to ensure accurate payments from assignment to assignment.
  12. Ensure accurate and timely processing of compensation-related information.
  13. Foster onsite collaboration with hospital and market leaders to ensure program alignment and success.
  14. Serve as a key contact for operational matters with external stakeholders.
  15. Build and maintain positive, productive relationships.

**Requirements**

Education:

  • High School diploma or equivalent with 5 years of applicable experience, including 2 years in leadership/management OR
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable experience, including 2 years in leadership/management.

**Additional Preferences**

  • At least 5 years of experience in staffing operations
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience with licensing, education, and credentialing
  • Experience working at an external agency
