• BS, MS, MBA or PhD in Business, Science, or related field.

• Hire, lead, and develop a high-performing team of project managers and staff; oversee career development and performance.

• Conduct market and clinical analyses to support strategic decision-making and investor engagement.
• Lead negotiations and communications with researchers, investors, and industry partners.
