Kenvue Inc. seeks a Director, Trade Analytics (Fixed Term) to lead a modern data and analytics ecosystem across NA Trade, shaping insights that drive omnichannel growth.

Based in Summit, NJ with remote considerations, this role partners with leaders to transform trade analytics and reporting. You will build a trusted data source, advance BI tools, and guide a high‑performing team from strategy through execution for about six months.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of insights experience.
• 4–5 years in a leadership role.
• Proficiency in data governance, modelling and data quality.
• Experience with SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI or similar tools.
• Experience in business adoption of data science and advanced analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead the transformation of trade analytics into a modern, omnichannel capability.
• Strengthen BI to surface opportunities and manage risk.
• Develop assortment planning and promotional insights for commercial strategy.
• Identify channel risks and opportunities in pricing, promotion and assortment.
• Partner with Shopper Insights, Retail Insights and Revenue Growth Management.
• Establish a single trusted source of trade data for accuracy and access.
• Advance reporting tools and dashboards for timely, decision‑enabling insights.
• Embed insights across the analytics ecosystem to elevate data‑driven decisions.
• Lead, coach and develop a high‑performing team from strategy through execution.
