Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant ticketing experience in professional or collegiate sports.
• Experience in managing and leading a ticket service and/or sales staff.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment and hiring for ticketing sales and service leadership roles.
• Collaborate with Ticketing leadership to identify strategic initiatives and opportunities.
• Develop go-to-market ticket sales strategy with marketing, digital, and comms teams.
