Position Overview:
The Director, Thought Leader Engagement is responsible for leading the Thought Leader Liaison team and identifying, cultivating, and managing relationships with key HCP partners and influential individuals within Hematology/Oncology, reporting to the Head of Marketing. This role requires strong rare disease/hematology/oncology experience and an enterprising spirit. The employee will serve as a strategic and tactical partner on the Marketing team, driving engagement with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and community-based Hematologists/Oncologists in the US. Responsibilities include strategic planning, development, and execution of thought leader engagement, gathering insights to shape brand strategy, and building tools to support strategy implementation, including peer-to-peer engagement.
