AeroTEC is seeking a Manager for Test & Evaluation to oversee all technical and operational aspects of test programs at our Seattle Engineering Center. This includes leadership in test planning and execution across various projects, ensuring high standards of quality and safety.

The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in aerospace testing and proven skills in team management and cross-functional collaboration. This full-time position provides opportunities for impactful work in sustainable aerospace solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of aerospace Test & Evaluation experience with flight and ground test planning.
• 3+ years leading technical personnel and managing projects.
• Proven competence with FAA Part 23/25 certification projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational, technical, and financial success of Test & Evaluation.
• Lead test planning and optimize processes for flight test execution.
• Manage Test & Evaluation team and facilitate cross-functional collaboration.
