Job summary

NTT Global Data Centers is seeking a Director of Telemetry Engineering and Operations to lead strategy, engineering, and delivery of our OT telemetry platforms across global facilities. You will drive standardization, reliability, and secure data flows for enterprise applications and analytics.

Lead a high-performing team, collaborate with OT Architecture and Data Platforms, and shape the roadmap for scalable telemetry services while balancing innovation and operational stability.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of enterprise telemetry platforms and OT systems.
• Experience leading engineering teams for highly available platforms.
• Experience integrating OT systems with cloud services.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering, implementation, operation, and lifecycle of telemetry platforms.
• Establish strategy, standards, and roadmap for telemetry capabilities.
• Ensure availability, security, scalability, and reliability of telemetry infrastructure.
• Onboard/integrate data sources into telemetry platforms.
• Collaborate with OT Architecture and Data Platforms for scalable solutions.
• Mentor telemetry engineering and operations team for excellence.
• Define monitoring, incident response, and capacity planning processes.
• Evaluate new technologies balancing innovation and stability.
• Develop technical documentation and platform standards.
