Job summary

Devoted Health seeks an entrepreneurial practice operations leader to oversee the Devoted Medical Group's home-based and telehealth initiatives in Yavapai County. You will collaborate with clinical leadership in Waltham and leverage our technology platform to design scalable operating models for delivering high-quality care.

You will hire, train, and manage staff, implement back-office infrastructure, and optimize workflows.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience building or operating a medical group.
• Experience running a home-based or risk-bearing primary care practice is highly valued.
• Understanding of managed care, Stars/HEDIS measures, and care gaps.
• Ability to manage schedules, logistics, and day-to-day business operations.

Responsibilities

• Build the clinical infrastructure for Devoted Medical Group in Yavapai County.
• Ensure smooth, efficient operations across the practice.
• Hire, train, onboard, and manage Yavapai DMG staff.
• Implement back-office infrastructure including EHR, fax, and visit scheduling.
• Procure resources and design daily workflows and procedures.
• Scale operations and plan for expansion to other markets.
