The Team

Alvarez & Marsal Corporate Performance Improvement (A&M CPI) is expanding our capacity to serve clients across telecom and digital infrastructure. In 2024, we created a focused Telecom & Digital Infrastructure industry group to complement A&M’s history in solving complex issues in this space. We are looking for accomplished consultants and operators with deep industry knowledge and technical expertise to develop actionable strategies and see them through to execution. A&M helps companies navigate options through complex market dynamics, such as telecom. Our work includes advising on top‑line strategy growth, streamlining operations, solving for tech debt, investments across telecom and digital infrastructure, divestitures, restructuring, transactional diligences, and M&A. Our team serves traditional telecom operators, as well as private equity, digital infrastructure providers, government entities, and cross‑industry enterprises. Our work spans across wireline (cable, fiber, legacy), wireless, data centers, satellite, and next‑gen infrastructure technologies.

How You Will Contribute

Thesalaryrange is $150,000–$225,000annually, dependent on several variables including but not limited to education, experience, skills, and geography. In addition, A&M offers a discretionary bonus program which is based on a number of factors, including individual and firm performance. Please ask your recruiter for details.
