Qualifications

• Advanced degree in life sciences, physical sciences, or engineering.
• 8–10 years in venture development, technology commercialization, or startup building.
• Experience designing scalable programs and structured investor engagement.
• Direct experience in academic technology transfer or research commercialization.

Responsibilities

• Lead venture development activities across a portfolio of spinouts and oversee portfolio-level initiatives.
• Design scalable programming, training curricula, and investor engagement to support the portfolio.
• Coordinate with commercialization, marketing, and contracts teams to ensure holistic spinout success.
