Capital One is seeking a Director, Technology Risk in the Card Risk Office to lead risk programs across Card Technology and enterprise IT. The role partners with senior leaders and CISOs to design controls, analyze risk metrics, and drive programs that balance security with innovation.

You will influence across second lines of defense, manage risk events, and deliver clear risk reporting while guiding teams through complex cyber and technology challenges.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience.
• Master's Degree preferred.
• Extensive experience in technology risk management and cybersecurity domains.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage risk across complex technology environments.

Responsabilidades

• Utilize technology and cyber skills to execute technology-related risk consulting to the business and stakeholders.
• Lead and manage a team of Technology Risk Managers within a comprehensive risk delivery model.
• Consult strategically with Accountable Executives across Technology and interfacing with enterprise technology and Cyber teams.
• Identify opportunities for risk reduction and ensure compliance with policies through risk assessments.
