Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of progressive technology leadership experience.
• 5+ years in technology integration, transformation, or mergers & acquisitions.
• Experience with enterprise tech including CRM, portfolio accounting, data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology due diligence activities for prospective acquisitions.
• Assess target firms' technology ecosystems, cybersecurity posture, data architecture and vendor relationships.
• Develop integration cost estimates, synergy models, and technology transformation roadmaps.
• Own the technology integration strategy from deal close through full operational integration.
• Establish governance, playbooks, priorities, and reporting for integration programs.
