Carelon Global Solutions PR is seeking a Director Technology & Facilities to lead enterprise IT solutions and facilities operations in Puerto Rico. You will drive governance, strategy, and delivery across multiple workstreams and partner with senior leaders to align IT with business goals.
The role requires in-office presence three days per week with hybrid flexibility and potential travel to CGS PR offices as needed.

- Strategically plans, analyzes, and executes IT functional plans
- Partners with peer leaders from Business, Technology, Data, IT Architecture and Digital to mature business capability and value streams
- Ensure governance of IT functions including delivery, quality, program, portfolio governance
- Oversee facilities operations across CGS PR locations
