Job summary

The Director, Technology serves as a key Senior Leadership Team member within CPNA, leading technology strategy to support business transformation, data and analytics structure , cybersecurity, and operational technology capabilities that leverage digital innovation to create measurable and sustainable business value for the organization.

THIS ROLE PRIMARILY EXISTS TO:

• Lead CPNA technology strategy and roadmap
• Advance data, analytics and AI capabilities
• Ensure business risks are mitigated while current platforms are modernized and technical debt is minimized
• Develop and uplift capability and skills of IT organizational
• Drive a culture of innovation by identifying , incubating, and scaling emerging technologies and digital capabilities that differentiate CPNA and accelerate business value creation .
• Continuously assess and introduce innovative technologies (e.g., AI, automation, advanced analytics) to improve competitive advantage, operational efficiency, and customer outcomes .
