A nonprofit organization is seeking a Director of Technology & Data Services in Chicago, IL. This remote position requires strong leadership in technology and data solutions, overseeing a diverse team. The Director of Technology & Data Services leads the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of Elevate’s technology platforms and data infrastructure. This role is responsible for overseeing a multidisciplinary team composed of developers, Salesforce engineers, and solution architects (currently 14 team members), ensuring effective delivery of scalable, mission-aligned solutions. The Director drives innovation, system integration, and technical excellence to support Elevate’s climate and equity-focused programs. This role collaborates closely with program, product, and leadership teams to align technical initiatives with organizational strategy.
The Director reports to the Vice President of Technology. This position is remote and is headquartered in Chicago, IL.
The total compensation for this position includes health and welfare benefits (medical, dental, vision, etc.), defined contribution benefit (401k with contribution), professional development, generous paid time off policies, and a flexible schedule. This is an exempt individual contributor position with a salary range of $110,000 – $130,000, based on experience.
