Job summary

Steelscape and ASC Profiles seek a transformational IT/OT leader to drive technology strategy, roadmap, and investments across manufacturing platforms. You will lead ERP/CRM initiatives, advance analytics and AI capabilities, and ensure cybersecurity and business continuity in a complex, matrixed organization.

The role requires strong manufacturing systems acumen, excellent stakeholder engagement, and a track record of delivering value through technology in multinational settings.

• Lead CPNA technology strategy and roadmap
• Advance data, analytics, and AI capabilities
• Mitigate business risks while modernizing current platforms and minimizing technical debt
• Develop and uplift IT organizational capabilities and skills
• Identify, incubate, and scale emerging technologies and digital capabilities
• Assess and introduce innovative technologies such as AI, automation, and advanced analytics
• Govern technology investments
• Lead ERP, CRM, and cloud initiatives
• Manage cybersecurity and business continuity
• Oversee IT/OT integration and MES enablement
• Lead talent development and succession planning
• Manage enterprise stakeholders
• Lead the Information Technology function supporting Steelscape and ASC Profiles

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Significant experience leading an IT/OT function and managing within a complex and diverse IT structure
• Experience transforming business through value creation within ERP and CRM technology platforms
• Manufacturing acumen and understanding of manufacturing systems such as MES
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and experience partnering in complex and matrixed businesses
• Ability to lead and deliver in a matrixed environment
• Ability to engage with and influence key stakeholders for strategy development and implementation
• Ability to translate strong technology acumen into strategic business value creation
• Customer and business process centricity
• Continuous improvement drive
• Postgraduate education in business or technology desirable
