What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Oversee the Partner Enablement team and ensure successful delivery of initial projects for new implementation partners
  • Lead design sessions and workshops, and review partner-led designs for compliance with best practices
  • Monitor partner progress and performance, including participation in onboarding and monthly status calls
  • Act as the primary liaison with Global System Integrators (GSI) and Public Sector partners
  • Contribute to the development and dissemination of knowledge and best practices within the partner community
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Four-year college degree in fields such as Accounting, Business, Finance, Information Systems, Mathematics, or equivalent work experience
  • 7-10 years of experience in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM)
  • At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role
  • Proficiency in the MS Office suite, including MS Project
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Master’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or Information Technology
  • Prior experience with EPM solutions such as HFM, Hyperion Planning, or IBM Cognos
  • Proven track record of building and leading high-performance teams
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
  • Experience in consulting or financial services
