What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Oversee the Partner Enablement team and ensure successful delivery of initial projects for new implementation partners
- Lead design sessions and workshops, and review partner-led designs for compliance with best practices
- Monitor partner progress and performance, including participation in onboarding and monthly status calls
- Act as the primary liaison with Global System Integrators (GSI) and Public Sector partners
- Contribute to the development and dissemination of knowledge and best practices within the partner community
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Four-year college degree in fields such as Accounting, Business, Finance, Information Systems, Mathematics, or equivalent work experience
- 7-10 years of experience in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM)
- At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role
- Proficiency in the MS Office suite, including MS Project
- Strong presentation and communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Master’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or Information Technology
- Prior experience with EPM solutions such as HFM, Hyperion Planning, or IBM Cognos
- Proven track record of building and leading high-performance teams
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
- Experience in consulting or financial services
