Summary

OneStream Software is looking for a Director of Partner Enablement (PE) to join our Partner Enablement team. The Partner Enablement (PE) team is comprised of trusted advisors and strategic resources within the OneStream partner and customer community, responsible for presenting solution options and plans to deliver OneStream solutions efficiently and effectively. The PE group maintains strong relationships with Alliances and Support to ensure partners are seeking client reference ability and retention.

The Director, PE will be a vital member of the Customer Support & Remote Consulting (CSRC) organization, with a strategic focus on North America. A key pillar of this role is the ability to fully understand the resource needs on a given project and ensure those needs are satisfied. This position will work closely with all CSRC leaders, ensuring knowledge is flowing through all parts of the organization so that customer projects are successful and have a solid foundation for future use cases. The Director, PE will continuously identify and execute on ways to work with our partner community throughout their enablement journey, both directly within their team and more broadly, in CSRC.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
  • Responsible for Partner Enablement team oversight on new implementation partners in successful delivery of their initial project, to include:
  • Leading of or assistance to leading partner in design sessions/workshops.
  • Review and ratification of partner led designs.
  • Regular and proactive support of solution build.
  • Review of applications for build in conformance with OneStream best practices.
  • Assistance to partners in completion of performance testing.
  • Other ad-hoc assistance to partners during implementations.
  • Responsible for review and approval of other team members' work.
  • Serve as primary liaison with GSI and Public Sector partners.
  • Oversee Partner Enablement team and assist, when needed, in scoping of implementation projects.
  • Coordinate with leadership in CSRC team to ensure project task assignment coverage (remote consulting areas).
  • Monitor partner progress, performance and growth, to include:
    • Participate in partner onboarding calls.
    • Monthly status calls with assigned partners.
    • Review support tickets submitted by partner.
    • Assist with Center of Excellence (COE) development, as requested.
    • Escalations of concerns to appropriate management/parties.
    • Serve as primary escalation point of team member concerns to other OneStream teams and management.
  • Participate in OneStream events involving the partner community, such as:
    • Present at Splash partner summit track, as appropriate.
    • Participate in development and presentation of Partner Summits, and other ad-hoc partner events.
  • Participate in OneStream knowledge/best practices/documentation development and dissemination:
    • Knowledge Base article authoring.
    • Monitoring partner community forum.
Required Education and Experience
  • Four-year college degree in fields such as (but not limited to) Accounting, Business, Finance, Information Systems, Mathematics, or CIS, or equivalent work experience.
  • 7-10 years of EPM experience.
  • 5+ years of experience leading a team.
  • Experience with the MS Office suite, including MS Project.
Preferred Education and Experience
  • Master's degree in business, Accounting, Finance, or Information Technology.
  • Prior experience with any of the following products is a plus:
  • HFM (Hyperion Financial Management).
  • FDM (Financial Data Quality Management) or UpStream.
  • Hyperion Planning.
  • Hyperion Essbase.
  • SAP Outlooksoft BPC.
  • SAP BOFC (Cartesis).
  • IBM Cognos.
  • Or other EPM solutions.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.

  • Strong track record of building a high-performance team; attracting, developing and retaining talent.
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical background (consulting, banking, research).
Supervisory Responsibilities
  • Leads a team comprised of 3-5 individual contributors.
Travel Requirements
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% is required for this position.
