Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA preferred.
Minimum 8-10 years of progressive accounting or finance experience with focus on consolidations, intercompany transactions, and capitalized software.
Experience with technical accounting standards (ASC 810, ASC 350-40) and GAAP research methodology.
Able to lead, mentor and develop a team of accounting professionals.
Strong project management skills and ability to meet quarter-end deadlines.
Experience presenting financial results to executive leadership.
Responsibilities
Oversee fixed assets and capital expenditures, including capitalization of internally developed software per ASC 350-40.
Review and record IT-related costs, ensuring proper classification (capital vs. expense).
Coordinate multi-company consolidations, intercompany reconciliations and eliminations.
Prepare monthly financial statements and annual audited statements.
Develop and maintain intercompany policies and reporting procedures.
Oversee intercompany transaction processes including billing and settlements.
Provide analysis and reporting for management and executives.
