Job summary

McCormick & Company, Incorporated seeks a Director of Technology Risk & Digital Enablement to lead the GRAM program, advancing global technology risk coverage and driving analytics, automation, and digital transformation within Internal Audit.

The role combines risk leadership with innovation, requiring strong communication with the Audit Committee and executive teams, and a track record of delivering strategic risk insights and technology-enabled audit improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related field.
• CISA, CISM, CISSP or equivalent required; CIA/CPA preferred.
• 10+ years in technology audit, IT risk management, or information security with 4+ years in leadership; interacts with senior management.

Responsibilities

• Lead GRAM technology risk universe and advisory/assurance initiatives across IT, cyber, data, cloud, AI and third‑party tech.
• Act as primary interface with Technology leadership (CTO, CISO) and provide expert opinion on SOX and governance matters.
• Build and implement a multi‑year Digital Enablement Roadmap; champion data analytics, automation and AI‑assisted audits.
