Capital One in McLean, VA seeks a Director of Recruiting to lead the strategy for attracting, engaging, and hiring world-class AI, ML, data science, and software engineering leaders who will shape the bank’s technology future.

You will partner with C-level leaders to modernize recruiting operations, inspire high-performing teams, leverage data to optimize pipelines, and champion diversity and an exceptional candidate experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
• At least 7 years of experience in Human Resources, corporate recruiting, agency recruiting, or a combination.
• At least 7 years of experience in a consultative role.
• At least 7 years of people leadership experience.

Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.McLean, VA: $206,000 - $235,100 for Director, RecruitingCandidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter.This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
