Job summary

You will partner with the CFO and VP Finance to ensure accurate quarterly and annual ASC 740 tax provisions and robust disclosures for SEC filings.

Qualifications

• Technical tax accounting (ASC 740 provision prep/review)
• Project management with outside advisors
• Written memos and disclosures for tax filings
• ERP/tax software proficiency (NetSuite or similar)
• Executive communication translating tax matters to leadership
• IT savvy with ERP systems

Responsibilities

• Lead the quarterly and annual income tax provision under ASC 740.
• Draft footnotes and disclosures for SEC filings (10-K/10-Q).
• Manage tax compliance, filings, and extensions with outside CPA firms.
• Oversee sales, use, property tax filings and global tax calendar.
• Lead internal tax controls and SOX 404 compliance.
• Partner with cross-functional teams on tax implications of initiatives.
