Job summary

PwC is seeking a Tax Innovation - Tax Data Transformation Director in the United States to set strategic direction and lead business development. You will oversee multi-project delivery, mentor teams, and maintain executive-level client relationships while guiding initiatives that fuse business, experience, and technology.

You will drive growth, ensure quality and integrity, and act as a guardian of PwC’s reputation by leveraging our network and leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years of experience.
• CPA, Member of the Bar or other tax/technology/finance credentials may qualify.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of innovative tax data transformation strategies.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of projects integrating business, experience and technology.
• Collaborate with clients to understand needs and design impactful solutions.
