Job summary

Neumo in Centreville, VA is seeking a Director of Talent to direct organizational design, talent analytics, and comprehensive recruitment and onboarding programs. You will lead enterprise change efforts and strategic communications to align with business needs.

You will drive leadership development, headcount planning with budget, and succession planning in partnership with HRBPs to ensure a capable leadership pipeline and strong retention.

Qualifications

• Experience leading talent strategy and organizational design.
• Proven ability to drive recruitment governance and onboarding.
• Strong partnership with HRBPs and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Organizational Design and Redesign initiatives.
• Conduct talent gap analyses and assess retention risk.

Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, the Director, Talent will oversee Organizational Design and Redesign, talent Gap Analysis, assessment of retention risk, Recruitment (including governance, employer branding, sourcing & TA, interview & selection, systems and data integrity), Onboarding, Enterprise change and communications strategy, Leadership Development (strengthening senior leaders to lead strategy, change and growth), Headcount Planning with Budget, and Succession & Talent Planning, in partnership with Neumo’s HRBPs.
