Qualifications

• 8+ years of engineering experience, including 3+ years in a formal people-leadership role.
• Ability to translate complex technical trade-offs into actionable insights.
• Prioritization of safety and reliability in high-energy environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage technical baselines including requirements and configurations.
• Establish and manage processes across the product development lifecycle.
• Promote a collaborative, 'fail fast, learn faster' environment.
