Qualifications
8+ years of engineering experience, including 3+ years in a formal people-leadership role.
Ability to translate complex technical trade-offs into actionable insights.
Prioritization of safety and reliability in high-energy environments.
Responsibilities

Establish and manage processes across the product development lifecycle.
