Job summary

Columbus Regional Health seeks a strategic leader to shape the technology foundation for our healthcare system. You will direct strategy and teams responsible for reliable systems, data protection, and scalable IT operations to support 24/7 patient care.

You will report to the Vice President of Enterprise Services and collaborate with clinical, operational, compliance, privacy, and executive stakeholders to implement a secure technology roadmap and high-quality health delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university is required.
• 8-10 years progressive experience managing Information Services in a healthcare setting is required.

• The Director- System Infrastructure & Security provides strategic and operational leadership for the healthcare system's enterprise infrastructure, cybersecurity, and information technology operations, which is supported by the development of a modernized, longer term infrastructure roadmap.
• Reporting to the Vice President - Enterprise Services, this leader partners closely with clinical, operational, compliance, privacy, and executive stakeholders to develop and execute a technology strategy that supports safe, secure, and high-quality healthcare delivery supporting operations and high-quality patient care 24 hours a day, seven days a week (24/7).
• This position is a salaried position with a pay range of $157,892 - $263,120. Individual compensation is determined for this position through years of directly relevant experience. The hourly compensation is only a portion of the total rewards package and a comprehensive benefits program is available for qualifying positions.
• In this position, the individual would have general working hours of Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm though exact hours may vary to support the needs of our organization and team.
• This leadership role is eligible for hybrid work requiring onsite/local to Columbus, IN presence at least 50% of the time.

What the successful candidate will bring to this position:

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university required. Master's degree in related field preferred.
• Eight to ten (8-10) years progressive experience in managing Information Services organization within healthcare-related environment required.
