As a Director, Global Syndicated Healthcare, you will lead healthcare studies and enable clients to make confident business decisions. This is an opportunity to leverage your curiosity and leadership skills to help us grow and develop our business.

The Director operates at a senior level within our team. As a Therapy Co-Lead, you will oversee the entire research lifecycle and drive business growth. Successful candidates are strategic thinkers, excellent communicators, and natural leaders.

What You Can Expect To Be Doing

Ipsos' Global Syndicated Healthcare Services produce the Global Therapy Monitor, a leading syndicated research study providing real-world patient data and healthcare professional perspectives across over 30 diseases globally. Our offerings also explore pharmaceutical promotional impact, patient experiences, and healthcare trends.

Client Communication
  • Lead day-to-day client communication, manage deliverables and report presentations
  • Coordinate project timelines with team schedules, proactively prevent delays
  • Demonstrate therapy area expertise to identify value-added analysis
  • Use a Client-First approach to frame studies as solutions to client needs
Study Management
  • Design studies, questions, and analyses to meet client needs
  • Oversee study execution, ensure global consistency, liaise with Project Control, meet deadlines
  • Prepare report templates and manage complex analyses
  • Write reports that address client objectives, analyze data, and tell a clear research story
Business Development
  • Support responses to RFPs, write proposals, create initial costings
  • Engage with clients to understand challenges and identify expansion opportunities
  • Create marketing materials and thought leadership with P&L support
  • Proactively contact clients and prospects to position studies as solutions
Team Development
  • Identify support needs to meet deadlines, clarify team responsibilities
  • Mentor junior team members, foster collaboration
  • Ensure client/project documentation complies with regulations
What Do You Need To Bring With You?
  • 5+ years in healthcare market research
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills
  • Expertise in specific therapy areas
  • Proficiency with MS Office, IBM SPSS, Tableau
  • Experience using Generative AI to enhance productivity and impact
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
  • Strategic thinking and business development acumen
  • Client relationship management skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive, able to work independently and lead teams
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills

Note: This role requires working Eastern Time hours.

Estimated base salary: $100,000 - $125,000, based on experience and other factors.
