Job summary

VISASQ/COLEMAN is seeking a Director, Surveys – Americas to lead and grow our Americas Survey business. You will drive strategy, client management, and end-to-end delivery across the region, balancing commercial priorities with operational excellence.

The role requires deep knowledge of B2B research, strong leadership, and the ability to grow revenue while maintaining data quality and client satisfaction.

Opportunity

We areseeking a Director,Surveys – Americas to lead and grow ourSurveybusiness across the Americas region. This role willbe responsible forthe overall performance of the AmericasSurveyfunction, including clientdevelopment, commercialgrowth, operational excellence, team development, and continued evolution of oursurveycapabilities in the region.

This is a highly collaborative role for a leader who understands B2B research andsurveydelivery and can balance client service, commercial priorities, and operational executionto grow ourSurveybusiness in the Americas.

Responsibilities

In this role, you willbe responsible for:

SurveyStrategy & Growth
  • Leadingthe strategy and day-to-day performance oftheSurveybusiness across the Americas region.
  • PartneringwithClient Managementleadership toidentifyopportunities to grow survey revenue, expand existing client relationships,bring in newbusiness,and increase adoption of Survey solutions in the US region.
  • Translatingclient and market needs into priorities that improve the competitiveness, quality, and scalability of ourSurveyoffering.
  • Partneringwith existing globalSurveyleadership to ensure regional priorities align with broader companyobjectivesfor the product globally.
  • Monitoringbusiness performance anddevelopingplans to improve regional revenue, profitability, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
Client Delivery & Operations
  • Overseeingthe end-to-end successfuldelivery of USSurveyprojects, including feasibility,surveysetup, sampling, fielding, quality control, and final delivery.
  • Establishingandmaintaininghigh standardsfor turnaround time, data quality, accuracy, and client service.
  • Partneringclosely with existing globalSurveyleadership to ensure consistency of project delivery, networkhealthand product development.
  • PartneringwithBusinessDevelopment andClient ServiceManagementteams on complex or strategicSurveyengagements.
  • Identifyingopportunities to streamline workflows, improve processes, and increase automation across theSurveylifecycle.
  • Developingandtrackingkey performance indicators related to revenue, turnaround time, quality, client satisfaction, and team productivity.
Commercial Strategy & Growth
  • Actively supporting,developing,andowningthe sales process, including identifying opportunities, joining client meetings, developing solutions, scopingprojects,helping position anddifferentiateourSurveycapabilities.
  • Buildingrelationships with key clients and prospects, serving as a senior subject matter expert forSurveyand quantitative research solutions.
  • Identifyingopportunities to expandSurveyrelationships within existing accounts and develop new business across the Americas.
  • Partneringwiththe Client ManagementandSurveyleadership on pipeline development, pricing, proposals, and strategic opportunities.
  • Equippingthe Client Managementteams with the training, tools, and messaging needed to effectivelyidentifyand sellSurveyopportunities in the region.
  • Monitoringpipelines, win rates, revenue, client retention, and other commercial KPIs toidentifyopportunities for continued growth.
  • Stayingclose to the market and client needs to inform the continued development ofSurveycapabilities and competitive positioning.
Team Leadership
  • Leading, coaching, and developingthe AmericasSurveyteam, creating clear expectations around performance, quality, collaboration, and client service.
  • Buildingteam capabilities and ensuringappropriate staffingand resource allocation as the business grows.
  • Fosteringa culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and strong cross-functional partnership.
  • Supportingtraining and enablement forClient Managementteams in the US to strengthen understanding and positioning ofSurveycapabilities.
Product & Technology Partnership
  • Partneringclosely with Product and Technology teams toidentifyopportunities to improveSurveytech,tools,and workflows.
  • Representingthe needs of clients andSurveyOperations in the development and enhancement ofsurveytechnology.
  • Supportingimprovements acrosssurveyauthoring, respondent targeting, sampling, fielding, quality assurance, analytics, and reporting.
  • Identifyingopportunities to use automation and AI to improve efficiency, respondent validation, data quality, and the overall client experience.
  • Supportingthe adoptionof newSurveytools and capabilities across the Americas organization.
Quality & Innovation
  • Maintainingstrong standards aroundnetwork health,respondent quality, data integrity, compliance, and privacy.
  • Stayingcurrentontrends in B2B research, quantitative insights,surveytechnology, and client expectations.
  • Identifyingopportunities toexpandSurveyoffering through new methodologies, capabilities, partnerships, or technology.
  • Partneringacross the organization to continually improve theSurveyclient and respondent experience.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in market research, surveys, quantitative research, expert networks, orarelatedinsights business, withdemonstratedleadership experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to win new business and develop client relationships to expandsurveyusage and grow revenue within and across clients and prospects
  • Strong understanding of quantitative research andsurveyworkflows, including sampling, feasibility, fielding, data collection, and quality control.
  • Experience leading teams and managing complex client-facing operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive business performance whilemaintaininghigh standardsfor quality and client service.
  • Strong commercial mindset with an understanding of how research solutions support client needs and revenue growth.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Commercial, Operations, Product, and Technology teams.
  • Familiarity withsurveyplatforms, research technology, automation, and emerging AI applications is preferred.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to work effectively across functions, regions, and levels of an organization.
