The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and significant experience in surgical services, including compliance with all regulatory standards. This is a full-time position with day shift hours from Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of recent acute care Director of Surgical Services experience required.
• Minimum 3 years of applicable experience in acute care Surgical Services required.
• Active RN licensure required.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of OR, CVOR, anesthesia techs, endoscopy, sterile processing, and EVS-OR.
• Lead clinical quality and patient safety initiatives.
• Manage department budget performance and forecasting.
