Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a dynamic Director of Supply Chain to lead the Force-X supply chain organization, covering procurement and subcontracts, primarily in Nashville, TN and Huntsville, AL. You will supervise a team of 7–10, drive recruiting, and align with program requirements and budgets.

The role emphasizes leadership, collaboration with engineering and program teams, and delivering productivity improvements in quality, cost, and lead time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 15 years of related experience, or Graduate Degree with 13 years, or 19 years if no degree.
• Ability to obtain secret clearance.
• 5 years of experience with FAR/DFAR contracting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Supply Chain organization for the Force-X business within Targeting & Sensor Systems (TSS).
• Build and develop a growing team of supply chain professionals.
• Develop workforce plans to meet objectives and growth targets.
• Drive recruiting, onboarding and talent development.
• Engage early with engineering and program teams to influence design decisions for supply chain outcomes.
• Manage approximately $100M–$200M in spend with supplier strategy and procurement execution.
• Deliver year-over-year improvements in supplier quality, cost, and lead time.
• Establish processes and systems to improve supply chain execution and scalability.
