Job Summary and Qualifications

The Director of Supply Chain Procure-to-Pay oversees procurement, accounts payable, and customer service operations working with HealthTrust and CSCs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate procurement and payment activities.
• Define and measure performance metrics for supply chain initiatives.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures.
• Support existing operations and drive process standardization.
• Design staffing models and analyze budgets.
• Create training materials and document lessons learned.
• Optimize purchasing and customer service processes.
• Conduct operational assessments.
• Adhere to the organization’s code of conduct and values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in accounting or related field.
• 7-10 years of experience in supply chain financial operations, including procurement and payment processing.
