Job summary

Wellington Regional Medical Center in Wellington, FL, seeks a dedicated Supply Chain Operations leader to manage the department’s goals and daily work. This full-time role supports patient care areas with materials and services, directing staffing, procurement, and logistics to ensure timely delivery and cost efficiency.

Job Requirements

Directly manages operations, goals, and objectives of the Supply Chain Operations Department. The Supply Chain Operations role, by definition, supports direct patient care departments with various materials and/or services. The Supply Chain Operations functions directed are: Supply Chain Operations, Shipping & Receiving, Inventory Control, Distribution, General Storeroom, Central Supply and Mail. Directs the work assignments of all Supply Chain Operations employees, including direct supervision, administration of disciplinary action, administration of hiring, payroll, education, and other human resources requirements. Implements and assures the fulfillment of corporate and hospital initiatives, goals, and objectives in Supply Chain Operations.
