The Coca-Cola Company is seeking a Director-level Lead Product Data Analyst to drive data products for the North America Operating Unit's supply chain. You will lead cross-functional teams, translate complex data into trusted insights, and shape data models, metrics, and playable products that improve end-to-end performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in analytics, statistics, economics, CS, industrial engineering, supply chain, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 7+ years of experience in data analysis, analytics, or BI supporting complex operational or supply chain domains.
• Advanced SQL querying and mastery of Python or PySpark.
• Extensive experience with SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Transportation Management (OTM), MES, and other supply chain systems.
• Statistical methods and modeling techniques; working knowledge of ML models.
• Data quality assessment, validation, and root cause investigation.
• Proven ability to influence decisions through data and clear communication.
• Strong collaboration skills and experience in cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Develop end-to-end understanding of supply chain processes and data across procurement, manufacturing, inventory, transportation, and fulfillment.
• Analyze large datasets to identify performance drivers, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Translate operational data into actionable insights for product strategy and roadmaps.
• Mentor analysts and partners through collaboration and best practices.
• Define objectives, KPIs, and outcome-based measures with stakeholders.
• Design, maintain, and document analytical models, metrics, and business logic.
• Ensure data outputs are accurate, reliable, and reusable across products.
• Create dashboards and narratives that communicate insights clearly to diverse audiences.
