Job summary

BD is seeking a Director of Supply Chain Data & AI to establish and drive the ISC data foundation, including governance, models, and AI agent standards. You will partner with ISC leaders, IT, and Responsible AI teams to ensure trustworthy, auditable data and AI capabilities across plan, source, make, deliver, and returns.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in data management, governance, or analytics, with supply chain context.
• Experience leading enterprise data governance programs at scale.
• Experience building data products and data mesh concepts is valued.

Responsibilities

• Define ISC-wide data governance policy, roles, and processes.
• Standardize data across ERP, MES, WMS, TMS, and planning systems.
• Own data models and reusable data products for analytics and AI.
• Establish AI agent governance, registry, and interoperability standards.
