DePuy Synthes in New Brunswick, NJ seeks a Director, Supply Chain Data to lead the Data & AI strategy for the global supply chain, coordinating with business and IT to translate needs into data products and analytics.

You will own the end-to-end demand management, partner with GCC delivery teams, and drive governance, roadmaps, and measurable business outcomes across planning, procurement, manufacturing, and logistics.

Qualifications

• Required: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Preferred: MBA or advanced analytics/SC-focused master's.
• Extensive leadership and data governance experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the data & AI strategy for supply chain.
• Lead end-to-end demand management and governance.
• Coordinate with GCC and IT to deliver scalable data products.
• Build and guide cross-functional teams across global delivery.
