A major provider of benefits is seeking a Director for Supplemental Health Pricing to lead the pricing team and manage products such as Critical Illness and Cancer. The Director Supplemental Health Pricing will lead the pricing team; responsible for the Supplemental Health product pillar (Critical Illness, Cancer, Personal Accident and Hospital Indemnity). The team provides actuarial and financial analysis in support of a business with strong growth objectives.
The role reports to the AVP, Group Pricing within the U.S. Employee Benefits division. The larger Group Pricing team is also responsible for Life & Disability products. The role works closely with other functional teams, including Product, Underwriting, Distribution, Claims and Finance, as well as peers on the Group Pricing and Dental/Vision teams.
Planning, directing and managing Life & Disability product pricing to support meeting Employee Benefits profit and growth objectives.
The salary range for this role is $153,400 - $230,100. At our company, we are committed to pay transparency and equity.
