Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Director, Subcontracts to lead and transform subcontract and supply chain program management across six business sectors: Space Systems, Intelligence & Cyber, Airborne Solutions, ISR, Maritime, and Mission Networks.

The role requires executive-level strategy, advanced technical and business leadership, and extensive experience in government contracting and risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 15 years of related experience; Graduate Degree with 13 years; in lieu of a degree, 19 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive Subcontracts and Supply Chain Program Management Excellence across SMS; strengthen capabilities and talent.
• Lead segment-wide strategy for SCPM and Subcontracts; governance and performance across 6 sectors.
• Standardize and optimize policies, processes, and tools; establish consistent frameworks and continuous improvement.
• Build organizational capability by establishing processes, rigor, and adherence for repeatable execution.
• Drive functional upskilling through training, coaching, and development opportunities.
